Dairy Air
Artist: Michael Collver
Fabricated from discarded steel mechanisms typical of rural 20th Century life, this piece plays with the latest drone craze wishing its three scavenged rotors could bee line her milk to market.
Michael is a STEM educator with Montgomery County Public Schools, Husband, father of four, gardener and an amateur artist dabbling from time to time in steel, stone and clay. His work can be found “grazing” on a half dozen farms around Montgomery County! His work has also featured at the VT Hahn Horticulture Garden, Miller on Main, The Moss Art Center, and the Montgomery Museum. Two of Michael’s Cows were added to his personal collection by Marshall Hahn for display on his farm in 2015.
